Article Processing Charges (APC) are payable only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication and after receipt of an official acceptance notification from the journal editor. No fees are charged for rejected manuscripts.

The APC covers costs related to DOI assignment, online publication, web maintenance, archiving, and editorial processing.
